Our team will then start the design process, which is divided in several stages:

Developed design: after a proposal has been accepted we elaborate the required documents to request building permission to the City Hall.

Technical design: once the project's materials, qualities and finishings have been defined, we select the contractors after comparing prices, and approve the definitive construction budget.

Construction: our architects will coordinate the works to ensure a prompt and successfull building process.

Interior design: we will select the furniture and decoration that best fit the project's concept in agreement with the client or the potential buyer / tenant.
